AVAILABILITY

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ITEM IS IN STOCK?

We try to keep most items in stock, but sometimes our limited hand embroidery Christening Gowns go fast. If an item is not in stock, it will not let you add it to the cart, and you will see “Out of Stock” showing on that specific style. Also, it will not allow you to check-out if a specific style is out of stock.

WHAT IF I WANT A STYLE THAT IS OUT OF STOCK?

If you really want a specific Christening gown that is out of stock, please contact us to see what we can do to help. Some of our collections have limited sizes and styles and we have to wait for materials for the new production to come in before all sizes and styles will be available again. We update the site frequently of when styles and sizes become available again.

Please look at out bottom links, under QUESTIONS, you should see the Size Guide link. It is also under the SHOP menu at the top. If you are having difficulty picking the corresponding size for your baby, please give us a call and one of our friendly sales experts can help you pick the right size

MY BABY FALLS IN BETWEEN SIZES, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We recommend choosing the next size up in case your baby falls in between sizes. You can always maneuver with the fabric if it fits just a little too big. You can grab that portion of the waist with a pin or strap incase it’s a little big. Your baby will be more comfortable as well, and will thank you for it.

MY BABY DOESN’T MATCH THE BABY’S MEASUREMENTS IN YOUR SIZE GUIDE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We understand that every baby’s physical body is different. That’s why we recommend to go by the baby’s actual measurements than by age or weight. For example, a short but chucky 6-month-old baby might wear a 6 to 12 months or even a 12 to 18 months size since their chest and waist would measure larger. You can always adjust the piece with a seamstress or tailor shop in case it requires alteration.

WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARDS?

As long as it is one of the above stated credit cards, we see no problem. Just make sure that the billing address you enter at check-out, matches the billing address for the international card that you are using. Papal is also a preferred method for international customers. (Please see our Shipping Policy, as we currently do not Ship outside the US)

AT CHECKOUT, MY CREDIT CARD GOT DECLINED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please call your banking institution and ask them what is the issue. We have no control when a customer’s credit card gets declined.

I ENTERED MY INFORMATION INCORRECTLY WHEN PLACING MY ORDER AND IT DECLINED. I RE-PLACED MY ORDER CORRECTLY, BUT I SEE TWO CHARGES ON MY BANK THAT SAYS “PENDING”. WAS I BILLED TWICED?

Rest assured that you will not be charged twice. What usually happens when placing online orders is that your banking institution will reserve the funds to cover the amount you were trying to charge. Banks usually clear the “Pending” status of the declined transaction within into 2-3 business days, but that can vary from bank to bank. Please keep in mind that we have no control and are in no way holding those funds. Please contact your banking institution if a mistake was eventually made. As long as you get one invoice form us and one tracking number, then you are going to get billed only once.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We usually ship out most orders within 1-2 business days after receiving the order. Depending where you are in the country, it can take up to 5 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Keep in mind that natural weather disasters may affect the time it takes for your item to arrive. Natural disasters my delay the shipping carriers and it is out of our control. Also, overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESSES?

Little Monarch Baby Boutique, LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $100 OR MORE. HOW MUCH WILL MY SHIPPING COST FOR ORDERS BELOW $100?

There are multiple shipping options for you. Free Shipping above $100 will automatically appear as an option if the order equals $100 or more. If order is less than $100, you will have a couple of flat rate options, including expedited shipping in case you need the item(s) sooner.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ITEM?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

I FORGOT TO ADD AN ITEM TO MY ORDER. CAN I STILL PAY FOR IT AND GET FREE SHIPPING IF IT IS ABOVE THE $100?

YES! As long as the order has not shipped, we will add it to your current order that is being processed. If we have already shipped out your order, then you will be charged for shipping if the order is below the $50. Please contact us as soon as possible to avoid having to pay additional shipping charges.

HOW DOES MY CHRISTENING ITEMS GET PACKAGED?

All our Christening garments are carefully wrapped in a clear protective plastic bag, then placed in its adequate shipping box. Delicate Items such as Candle Sets are wrapped in boxes with biodegradable packing peanuts to give it that extra cushioning in case the item gets mis handled by the shipping carrier. RETURNS & REFUNDS

HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM(S) BACK?

Please save all packing materials when you get your product. You can always re-use the same box that it was packed with. Please not that shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of a returned item’s shipping and for the risk of loss of or damaged to the product during shipping, both to and from Little Monarch baby Boutique, LLC. In case of a loss or damage, please contact the proper carrier to file a claim.

HOW DO I SEND MY ITEM(S) BACK?

Once we received the returned item, we will inspect it to make sure that it has not being used and that it meets the following:
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item has not been modified with a seamstress or at a tailor shop
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

It takes 3 to 5 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your banking institution, it can take an additional 2-3 business days to be reflected on your account. Please contact your banking institution in case you have any questions with regards how they operate reflections and account updates. We will also send you an e-mail confirmation once the refund has been applied.

I QUALIFIED FOR FREE SHIPPING ON MY ORDER. HOW COME THE SHIPPING COST WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY REFUND?

As noted on our Returns and Refunds Policy, orders which qualified for Free shipping that are returned which caused the total to fall under the $50, will have the shipping cost deducted to cover original shipping costs. Please give us a call-in case you have further questions.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED A SHIPPING COST FOR AN ITEM THAT I AM EXCHANGING OR RETURNING?

As noted on our Returns and Refunds Policy, customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in a returned or exchanged item. We offer free shipping on all orders above $50, thus we can’t refund returned or exchanged item’s shipping costs. This allows us to keep shipping costs down for all customers, as we want everybody to be happy and satisfied with their purchases.

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE SIZES?

No. We currently do not do size customization. You will have to use a seamstress or a tailor shop to make the proper adjustment modifications.

WHAT TYPE OF FABRICS DO YOU GUYS USE?

All of our Christening & Baptismal gowns are 100% hand embroidered using only the finest quality materials in the industry. The fabrics that we use include: Organza, Tulle, Guipure, & Faux Silk Shantung.
